Burns Little League depends strongly on the support of the community both in Burns and countywide to make sure we are providing a fun and educational experience for the children in our area.
The largest expense our league sees in the cost of umpires. With the recent decline in youth sports umpires, it has become imperative that our league increase the amount we pay our umpires. This cost alone is over half of our operating budget this season.
Sponsorship money also covers the cost of equipment, field maintenance supplies, training equipment, and CPR training for our coaches and volunteers.
